On this day, the 22 of Nov., in 1976, a beautiful baby boy was born. Who was this darling cherub? Ville Hermanni Valo.

Little did his parents know that a day would come & their darling, sweetheart son would be a God (of sorts) in the eyes & hearts of so many. For many he is a lyrical genius, a sweetheart, a long-distance friend, but mostly, a hero.

Today gives us a chance to pay honour, tribute & say 'thank you' to a man who has given so selflessly of himself to all of us who have come to know & adore him through his lyrics, his music. A BabyHeart, in his own unique way, who has worn his heart upon his sleeve with style & grace, filling so many hearts with love & compassion. He has been our words when our own voices have escaped us. He has been our Knight to guide us in our darkest of hours, and for some, has been our Angel- resurrecting our dead spirits to live once again. BUT! for all, he has given us reason to believe.

Granted, I know our own words could never thank you enough, Ville, for all that you've done for us- all that you've been for us. Am sure if we could write your name in the sky to show honour, am sure it still wouldn't be enough for all the sacrifices you've made... the time you take to let us know you appreciate us as much as we appreciate you.

For the fans- I bring you this blog to shower our charismatic, darling BabyHeart with as many Birthday Blessings as you can...as well as to leave a plethora of your love & devotion- to say thank you in your own way.

Raise your coffee cups, water bottles, sodas, whatever you may have, all in a Birthday toast to a man that has given us so much with his amazing talents:

*And... SweetHeart, you're not getting older....you're getting BETTER!

Keep doing everything you're doing...we all have nothing but faith in you.

Keep smiling...it lifts the hearts of those who can see it.

And remember... to hear your laughter is to make one's heart sing.

But most of all, remember you are Loved!
